Twista Ft. Do Or Die - Yo Body

And Twista is back doing what he does best, I have a feeling this is our new RnB club track.

Kid Cudi Feat. Kanye West & Common - Make Her Say

Great New track here using a Lady Gaga acoustic poker face sample. But how can you expect anything else but excellence from such a great collaberation of rappers Especially when the auto-tune left alone KANYE!

50 Cent - Funny How Time Flies

New track from the Forever King Mixtape.

Coldplay - Strawberry Swing

Absolutely amazing music video God only knows what it's meant to mean and how long it took to make but the creativity here is amazing. I wish all music videos has this amount of effort and thought put into them. CHECK THIS ONE OUT!!!

New Girl group on the scene lets see how they do, single is out July 27th.

Mr. Hudson feat. Kanye West - Supernova

Carly Patterson - Time To Wake Up

The former gymnast and 2004 Olympic All-Around Champion, is getting ready to release her debut album this summer.

The Offspring - Stuff is Messed Up

The Open Happiness Music Video feat.Cee-lo feat. Brendon Urie, Patrick Stump, Janelle Monae, Travis McCoy

I was going to say how this video reminds me of a Disney film, aimed at a younger audience but still fit for adults to watch and laugh at, and how much time a effort went into this video.....or was there. It seems coca cola have gotten to the point where the team get round a big table roll the fattest spliff known to man and puff puff pass until they've come up with there new advert. Because it seems that as long as the coke logo is shown and there theme song is added to a video/advert that has nothing to do with the drink it's self everything will be a OK and they'll sell sell out.

Divine Brown - Sunglasses

Miranda Lambert - Dead Flowers

Empire of the Sun - Walking On A Dream

Errrrm........any kind of drug taken whilst watching this video = a bad trip my friend.

Nina Sky - On Some Bullshit

I think Ive found a new club bangger to dance to along side Evacuate the dance floor (don't judge me!) CHECK THIS ONE OUT!!!

Christette Michelle - What You Do

Haven't heard much from Christette Michelle but I'd love to hear more I haven't heard a voice this good in a while nicely complemented by Neyo.

Flo-Rida feat. Akon - Available

Kristinia DeBarge - Goodbye

Goodbye the first single off Kristinia DeBarge's debut album Exposure in stores July 28.

Anti-Flag - When All the Lights Go Out

E-zee - Dance 4 Me Ft. Sway & Dial Tone

First Single From North London Based Rapper E-zee featuring sway. Hearing them start the track with the words "convict uk" and talk about drinking patrone make me think about all that Dizzee and Sway have to done to help uk rap break through to the rest of the world. Attracting help from artist such as Lupe fiasco, Akon, Lil Wayne, Chamilionaire etc.

Professor Green - Upper Clapton Dance ft. Chynaman + Cores

It's only been two songs and I'm liking Professor Green seems like he'll be the next big thing to rise from UK rap.

Mariah - Carey Obsessed

Mariah Carey's jumped on the auto-tune band wagon!!! Who woulda funk it? This video annoys me. It reminds of so many of her others basically consisting her posing, posing model shoot, pose pose but don't take my word for it (TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!!!) check it out for yourself.

We Have Band - You Came Out

As much as I love this music video and really respect and appreciate the band for the amount of time effort and facial wet wipes that must have gone into this. It does scare the crap outta me anyone else???

T.I. featuring Mary J Blige - Remember Me

Back with another hit this is T.I. Feat. Mary J. Blige - Remember Me [Official Video]

Paul Wall Ft. Baby Bash - Lemon Drop

For all the guys that love music videos full of page 3 models in bikini's..........your welcome.

Tuesday, 14 July 2009

t.A.T.u. - Snowfalls

T.A.T.u are back and looking sexier than before, I have mixed emotions about this song and video. The track starts off good and seems to turn mediocre towards the middle and end, not to mention the video ends stupidly...I mean they would've had 5 to 10 at best if they handed themselves in.

Nickelback-Burn It To The Ground

Nice way to advertise tickets for your tour Nickelback. After watching this video you'll want to buy tickets to one of there gigs weather you like them or not, because god dam they no how to put on a show. A completely packed out venue bigger than Bill Gates backyard and of course fire shooting from the grounds always helps....... A LOT!

Vanessa Hudgens - Everything I Own

Vanessa Hudgens is out with 'Everything I Own', a cover of Bread’s 1972 hit single. The track is featured on the 'Bandslam' motion picture soundtrack.

Matisyahu - One Day

Call it cheesy but this video brings up some good point like when are we gonna stop blowing the crap outta other people probably not for a long time probably never I don't know.

Pretty good music video simply because.....I wish the posters on my wall did that.

Calvin Harris - Ready For The Weekend

Taken from his new single out on August 10th, It's nice to see there's still some creativity been put in to music video's. Not quit sure why there's red circles plasterd all over this vid.

Rascal Flatts - Summer Nights

I've never heard of this band before most likely because there a country band and I'm UK born and bread, But god dam it this video makes me wanna party on the nearest beach I can set my feet on. Quality summer tune check it out.

Lily Allen - 22

Looks like Lily Allen's taken a look in the mirror and thought "jeez this isn't all it's cracked up to be you really do have your high and lows in this business.....i mean jeez how did i get here???" Which is strange because last time i checked money buys happiness so.....or is that just me?

Twista - American Gangsta

American Gangsta from the new album Category F5 to be released 14/7/2009.

Mario Feat Gucci Mane & Sean Garrett - Break Up

I thought Mario would be a one hit wonder but he's back, and looking slightly gangsta. Simple beat simple bass line but I like this one check it out.

Friday, 10 July 2009

Beyonce - Sweet Dreams

The brand new Music video from beyonce and not only do i love the track the video is pretty dam good.

We have Beyonce looking as sexy as very sporting some new silky smooth metallic dresses, once again she shows that simplistic dance moves can be just as good as the over top ones as long as there executed in time to the beat with body popping precision.

Britney Spears - Radar

Nothing much to say about this video a lot like the rest of her videos just Britney setting her eyes on a man or picking them on her radar as she likes to put it and seducing them. The only thing unique about this video is the location this time round she crashes a horse polo event, guess she's more upper class then we thought.

Thriving Ivory - Hey Lady

A very well shot music video the gloomy atmosphere and washed out colours, along with some decent acting really give the impression that this is a girl on an emotional break down.

We are the Wold/Heal the World/goodbye (Michael Jackson Memorial Service Staples Center)

A beautiful Group Performance for the greatest entertainer the world has ever seen R.I.P Micheal Jackson even if the entertainment industry dies you will never be forgotten.

I love you Micheal.

Lionel Richie - Jesus is love (Michael Jackson Staple Centre Memorial Service)

Lionel Richie singing 'Jesus is love' on Michael Jackson memorial in Staples Center.

Shaheen Jafargholi - Who's Lovin You (Michael Jackson Memorial Service Staple Centre)

Welsh Britain's got talent winner Shaheen Jafargholi performed at Michael Jackson's Memorial service due to the fact not only did Micheal tune in to watch Shaheen Jafargholi as a fan and call him up to congratulate his success, he also asked him to perform along side him during his final world tour starting in London.

I was devastated when I knew that the tickets for Michael Jackson's final tour starting in London had sold out, I lived in the era of the greatest entertainer that ever lived and i wanted to see him live and failed. Though I can't imagine how Shaheen Jafargholi must feel knowing he was going to perform along side the legend himself.

Jermaine Jackson - Smile (Micheal Jackson Staple Centre Memorial service)

Jermaine Jackson tearfully performs Smile Michael Jackson's Favorite Song of all time.

John Mayer - Human Nature [instrumenta], ( Micheal Jackson Staples Center Memorial service)

John Mayer performing an instrumental version of Human Nature. I couldn't help but hope to hear Micheal Jackson voice sing along to this whilst watching live.

Stevie Wonder - I Never Dreamed You'd Leave In Summer - and - My Destiny (Micheal Jackson Staple Centre Memorial service)

Stevie Wonder sings "I Never Dreamed You'd Leave In Summer" and "My Destiny" utterly heartbroken along with the rest of the world. Saying what we are all thinking feeling and wishing deep down inside that we would never thought we'd live to see the worlds greatest entertainer pass away on June 25th.

Usher - Gone to soon (Michael Jackson Memorial Service Staples Center)

Usher performing gone to soon to his or should I say our idol Michael Jackson at the staple Memorial Service at the Staple Center.

Mariah Cary - I'll be there (Micheal Jackson Staple Centre Memorial service)

Mariah Cary performing the Song I´II be there for Michael Jackson's Staple Center Memorial Service.

Eminem - Beautiful

Here's Eminem's new video beautiful. Seems he's talking about his career getting old and stale at the age of 36, if you listen closely he repeatedly gives his fans and predecessors advice on how to make it to the big stage, and handle yourself during fame. Though is this just something brought on by a ruff patch in his life while writing his album or will he do a jay z on us?

The video does a good job of setting the mood by showing everything around him decaying and wearing away symbolizing his interest in the rap game. Though I do hate that after the popularity boost of the auto tune rappers think they can sing!!! Dear God whatever happened to professional backing singers??????????????

Cascada - Evacuate The Dancefloor

Not bad at all this video has me looking the warehouses we call clubs and ushers dance floor wanna be's in disgust.

The Black Eyed Peas - I Gotta Feeling

I'm not a fan of Blackeyed peas new Electro techno hip hop style but I've gotta say this it better than the first but nothing to special. I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with the video it fits the meaning of the song perfectly showing them partying hard before and after a show, it's just with there fame and success I'd expect larger crazier more extravagant shindigs.

Professor Green - Hard Night Out

Some how watching these special needs patients fighting in slow mo doesn't get old with the odd comical knock out to keep to laughing. I have high hopes for this new UK rap band It's nice to see something knew and fresh executed properly, plus I can't remember the last time I watched a music video and laughed within 10 seconds.

Wild Beasts - Hooting & Howlin

Quite a unique video here it must have been hard for the drummer and guitarist to imitate playing there instruments under water. Though it would have been nice to have seen them do a couple more interesting things while they were down there, maybe ride a dolphin while rolling of a solo i don't know.

Miranda Cosgroves - Stay My Baby

This pop rock vid pretty much features Miranda Cosgroves singing in a studio and with a bunch of young American teens flooding in who quite frankly have nothing to do with anything....don't really know what else to say.

Robert M & Dirty Rush - Free

Not fan of the lyrics or the video which basically just says sex, bling and all expensive things in many random camera angled shots. Though this is a complete and utter club track, the kind that when pumped through a DJ's sound system and all you can hear is the bass and the beat your legs will move you to the dance floor whether you tell them to or not......either that or the random blonde you happen to be trying to pull at the time.

Simian Mobile Disco - Audacity of Huge

Directed by Jo Apps and Kate Moross this video this music video is definitely something different but ill have to pass on this one. The ridiculously simple lyircs which basically consist of "I've got that (utterly random item)" gets old along with the fact it's not hard to make a list of items buy them and film them one after the other.

Razorlight - Burberry Blue Eyes (New Version)

Razorlight's show what there new drummer can do with his first video here, veteran David Skully Sullivan-Kaplan. After Andy Burrows left the indie rock band In March.

Ciara ft Missy Elliott - Work

Ciara's back with the legendary hip hop queen that is Missy Elliot. Though I'm not a fan on the electronic techno hip hop/Rnb being produced these day I'll eat my hat and admit I went from hating to loving this little number within a week (Missy sure does know how to produce some tracks). Ciara once again showing of her talent for shaking what her momma gave her the dancings nothing to amazing here she has kept the dance moves reasonably simple yet looking smooth at the same time.

Amie Miriello - Brand New

My first impressions failed me after listening to this country pop the catchy melody and lyrics got me.

Jadakiss - Who's Real (Ft. Swizz Beat, Oj Da Juiceman)

Not a fan of this one I appreciate the message of trying to call out all liars and fakers but this track seems rushed and unpolished with a tacked on nursery rhyme quote to make things worse. With this video there's something about the camera that just screams cheap.

Drowning Pool - Shame Music Video

Drowning Pool's new music video for their song "Shame", the follow up to 37 Stitches off Full Circle.

Seether - Careless Whisper

This is the Seether cover of "Careless Whisper", originally by Wham/George Michaels.

It seems Seether are trying to help the world change and correct it's stupid decisions and mistakes i.e. Global warming, cooperate business suits exploiting music by throwing out any crap they can, the testing of nuclear warheads etc etc. And the message is conveyed well with a retro atari style video and a brilliant cover this track kicks some ass!

Clipse's - Kinda Like A Big Deal

Official music video for Clipse's "Kinda Like A Big Deal" featuring Kanye West, of which is the first single from Clipse's upcoming album "Til The Casket Drops" scheduled for September 8th.

It's nice to see the Clipse is back with a knew album without buying into the new future music revolution gimmick of slapping electronic sounds and 20 keyboards over there track with a splash of auto tune. Though the track is solid and after hearing this I personally can't wait to hear the rest of his new work, he couldn't help but boast about his untouched money stack during the credit crunch situation.

Gary Go - Wonderful

This new artist shows talent though his voice and style reminds tends to remind me of Coldplays work, though this isn't exactly a bad thing.

Incubus - Black Heart Inertia

One of the most talented and inspirational alternative rock bands are finally back with there new music video Black Heart Inertia.

Straight from there new album Moments and Melodies featuring there greatest hits along with 10 new tracks and a Fungus Amungus acoustic remake! I think I speak for everyone when I say this is definitely and fan pleaser!

Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Heads Will Roll

Not a fan of the ware wolfs dance moves but this isn't a bad video. There's good use of confetti and spewing puddles of red glitter to show the gory imagery they wanted without the video being censored or obtaining an after 10.00pm viewing policy.

Bloc Party - One More Chance

New music video from Bloc Party for there new single "One More Chance" to be released August 10th.

As one of the many many bands changing there style these days and trying to somewhat re-invent themselves me being a very big fan am very pleased with the bloc party new fresh style. Other then the increase in keyboards and sound effects used in there music I see returning to London for a break after their tour for the great album " A Weekend in the City" has influenced there usual indie drum beats to more that of UK grime.
